This course offers a perfect baseline for any developing leader to understand the fundamentals of frontline leadership. By learning in an open room alongside other aspiring leaders, candidates can talk about the daily challenges they face and how to overcome them.

What are some benefits for the business and individuals?

Business gains the benefit of having a team member complete a course that has been tried and proven as a successful starting point for future leaders.

Individuals gain an extensive understanding of how and why people act and react the way they do. It also gives the individuals something very important; “confidence” in themselves and their leadership style.

I have seen many individuals come back from this course much more polished and confident.

I would recommend this course to any manufacturing business that would like to send an employee off to understand their leadership style and fine-tune their leadership skills. It also shows that the business is willing to invest in its employees.

By enrolling our future leaders in the Evolve2 Leadership Program we can be sure that they will receive a balanced introduction and education on what it means to be a leader including the expectations of those they will be providing leadership to.

What are some benefits for the business and individuals?

The benefits are holistic, the individual obtains a good basic knowledge of what it means to be a leader that they can build on. A natural leader will now understand why the actions they take have a positive outcome and an individual who may not find being a leader natural, now has the tools and knowledge to know what they have to do. At the same time, it gives a common language between the individual and the business to discuss what being a leader is, plus a common basis of expectations which leads to the individual being more successful and a more engaged workplace.

Have you experienced someone positively change after being on the course and how?

The best example of change I can give is one individual who after the course had the confidence and willingness to go to the shop floor and ask their team what they could do for them and how they could be a better supervisor. I am absolutely convinced that this person would never have taken this step if they had not been on the Evolve2 Leadership Program.

It is important to enrol people in this course in order to set them up to succeed, in their first/early supervisory/managerial roles, that way they can be confident and capable in the performance of their roles.

What are some benefits for the business and individuals?

Participants get both theoretical and practical learning and experience in many facets of leadership including people management, time management, project management etc  This helps both the individual in their role and also achieves the business objectives.

We have had several first-level leaders/managers go through this course, and all have emerged more capable and confident with leading their teams, and more inclined to take action and proactively resolve issues.
