The program includes 6 modules and one presentation day that includes an invitation to a member of your leadership team to help celebrate your achievements throughout your journey with us.
Our focus is to instil emerging leaders the confidence to lead their people and to create a positive team environment, bringing success for themselves and their peers.
For many students, the experience can be career-changing as they move through the program, culminating in an impactful presentation day and inspiring them to implement their newfound knowledge within their business.

What are some benefits for the business and individuals?
The benefits are holistic, the individual obtains a good basic knowledge of what it means to be a leader that they can build on. A natural leader will now understand why the actions they take have a positive outcome and an individual who may not find being a leader natural, now has the tools and knowledge to know what they have to do. At the same time, it gives a common language between the individual and the business to discuss what being a leader is, plus a common basis of expectations which leads to the individual being more successful and a more engaged workplace.

The best example of change I can give is one individual who after the course had the confidence and willingness to go to the shop floor and ask their team what they could do for them and how they could be a better supervisor. I am absolutely convinced that this person would never have taken this step if they had not been on the Evolve2 Leadership Program.

It is important to enrol people in this course in order to set them up to succeed, in their first/early supervisory/managerial roles, that way they can be confident and capable in the performance of their roles.
